These Handstichhed Asanas are  around 4 x 2 feet and are made with   wool  cloth covered with Silk cover on the outside. Silk and wool are known to shield the earthly vibrations and gives a deepening experience to the person sitting in meditation. Long and wide with sufficient cushion , one can sit for long and also stretch their legs if needed.
